RentBloque

Rentals and construction, one app

Know your number before you finished your coffee.

RentBloque tracks rent and construction in one place. Right now, that's 27 rentals, 57 lots, and 2 active builds, checked every morning.

The rent gets to you the same way it already does. Or, connect your bank and have the tenant pay through their Tenant link.

Watch it run, or tap a question.

The demo is the real app running on made-up numbers. No sign-up, no info saved.

Rent

I know who paid without digging through five places.

Logging a payment takes seconds. If one wire covers five houses, RentBloque splits it up for you. Any tenant gets a clean statement, in English o en español. The reminder text is already written. You just hit send.

Builds

Your last build prices your next one.

You already know what a roof costs because you paid for the last one. RentBloque remembers, shows what's left in the budget, and tells you where this build lands. Scan the receipt at the supply store, and it's filed before you're back in the truck.

Cash flow

One number your accountant and your gut agree on.

This is the real screen. Where the month stands right now, where it lands once every rent comes in, and how the last six months stack up.

Who builds it

The developer is the tester.

Other apps recruit testers. RentBloque is built by a landlord who runs it on his own portfolio every morning — 27 rentals, 57 lots, 2 active builds. When something is slow or wrong, he's the first one to hit it.

The founder reads every signup and every message. Ask for a feature or report a bug, and he'll almost always build it. He picks the order, but the asks that come from real mornings go on the list.

Fair questions

Straight answers

What does it cost?

$99/month flat, no per-door fee. Five doors or fifty, doesn't matter. First 100 accounts get $49/month for life. The trial is the whole app, free for 30 days.

Why pay when other apps are free?

Free apps get paid when your rent moves through them. RentBloque doesn't touch your money — we make it easy for your money to move however you want. $99/month flat buys both halves of the business — the rent side and the construction side. Five doors or fifty, doesn't matter. And it buys the developer's attention: ask for a feature or report a bug, and he'll almost always build it.

Who holds the money?

We never hold your money and your tenants do not have to pay through the app. Keep collecting the way you do now, or Stripe lets you get paid directly to your bank account.

How do I get my existing records in?

Photograph or upload what you have: bank PDFs, Zelle screenshots, rent-roll spreadsheets, old exports. RentBloque scans it in for you, and nothing counts until you've checked it over. No retyping your history.

Can I get my data out?

Always. CSV export on every screen and download everything you've ever put in with 2 taps. It's free, and it stays free.

Does it work in Spanish?

Sí. It was built bilingual from the start. Run the books in English and hand a tenant their statement en español, o al revés. Everyone gets their language, including the work crew.

Does it handle Section 8?

Yes. The tenant's portion and the HAP payment track separately. If the housing authority's payment hasn't arrived by the 5th, the property flashes red. You always know which side is late.

Is RentBloque property management software for small landlords?

Yes. RentBloque is built for landlords who manage their own rentals. It tracks who paid, who's late, and what the whole portfolio earned this month. No unit minimums, no per-unit pricing.

Can it track construction and renovation costs?

Yes, this is the half nothing else does. Every build or remodel gets its own budget, cost log, and phase checklist. Take a photo of a receipt and it files itself as a cost line you can undo. You see what you've spent, what's left, and what the job should cost finished, in the same app that tracks your rent.

How is it different from a spreadsheet?

A spreadsheet holds numbers you typed. RentBloque answers questions: who owes rent right now, what's blocking each job today, whether the month is cash-flow positive. Payments, receipts, and photos live on the records themselves.

Does it replace QuickBooks?

For day-to-day rental and build tracking, you work in RentBloque. At tax time it exports a transaction file QuickBooks can import, a year-end summary written for a person to read, and a Schedule E worksheet shaped like the tax form. Every ledger exports to CSV.

Does it work on a phone?

It was built for the phone. Log a payment, check a job, or record a cost in three taps, from a job site. It also runs in any desktop browser, and it keeps working when the signal drops.

Do my tenants or my crew need to install anything?

No. A tenant opens their statement from the Tenant link you text them. A crew member opens their work list from a crew link. No app store, no passwords, no accounts to manage.

What happens when I request trial access?

Your account is created right away and a welcome email lands in your inbox. Early accounts are watched closely and the founder reads every signup. When the 30 days are up, the app locks and the tenant and crew links you handed out stop working. Nothing is deleted. Become a member and everything picks up where it stopped.
